Honolulu Airport ground transportation can
be confusing. Roberts Hawaii is here to help. We’re the State of Hawaii’s Largest Transportation Company, offering 24-hour service from the airport to Waikiki hotels
and back.

For ARRIVAL transfers to Waikiki, time of pick up is based on the arrival information you provide by phone or online.  Upon exiting the baggage claim doors, please use the crosswalk to the center median where the Roberts Hawaii vehicle will be waiting. The shuttle stops every 20 minutes. There are several pickup points along the Interisland and International terminal areas. Our uniformed representatives who will be waiting for your arrival and will assist you to the vehicle. Due to security regulations, your uniformed representative will call up the vehicle where it is standing by at a close hub parking area.  Please have your ticket voucher ready to provide to your driver.  Flight delays are checked throughout the day so you can be assured that the Roberts Hawaii vehicle will be there.

AIRPORT PICKUP POINTS

For DEPARTURE transfers to the Airport, please allow 10 minutes grace period for traffic. For Domestic flights, please allow 2.5 hours prior and for International flights please allow 3 hours prior to your departure flight time. Please wait at the curb near your hotel lobby unless otherwise stated on your confirmation. Vehicle may make multiple stops so please allow 45 minutes
to get to the airport from Waikiki.
