Does the shuttle stop at any Waikiki hotel?

Yes, Roberts Hawaii stops at any hotel in Waikiki. However, there are a few properties that cannot accommodate our vehicles, in which case you will be dropped off or directed to wait at the closest and safest location.

How long is the shuttle ride from the airport to Waikiki?

The approximate drive time is about 20 minutes, and the average time to the last stop is 45 minutes.

How long is the shuttle ride from Waikiki to the airport?

It takes about 45 to 60 minutes from Waikiki to the airport, depending on the number of pickups the shuttle has to make.

Does the shuttle stop at the pier for cruise ship passengers?

Yes. When a cruise ship is in town, the airport shuttle stops at the pier.

How many pieces of luggage am I allowed?

Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage at no additional charge. Charges will apply for additional and/or oversized pieces of luggage.
